Ahmed is the founding and managing partner at Dimassi Law Firm since 2019. Ahmed was a partner in a prominent law firm in Lebanon before starting his own. Having over 20 years of experience, he is a specialist in transaction advisory work. Ahmed advises clients in a large number of fields, most particularly in corporate and tax structuring and re-structuring, finance, corporate and real estate sectors. He has been involved with investments and joint ventures across the MENA region, Golf and Africa. He provides legal advice on all aspects of cross-borders M&A transactions for private corporate clients, institutional investors and private individuals. Ahmed has been consistently recognized as a leading litigator in international and domestic disputes. He is also the attorney of the Lebanese State.
