She advises on the set-up, governance, and day-to-day legal matters of corporations.  Claire has a wide experience in contract drafting. She assists our clients through all stages of a M&A transaction, from preparing the business for sale or conducting due diligence, to negotiating the purchase agreement and coordinating the closing of the transaction.
